From the glorious day of march the 29th 1983 on (the day I was born) I was interested in games and playing. At the start of my career as ‚professional‘ Baby Gamer (right after I was born) I was mostly interested in the toys my parents gave me, or to be more precise: The boxes the toys where wrapped in.
Over the years my toys and games went through many stages and changes. I never stopped playing and gaming, even when I grew „much too old for this childish stuff“ (orig. quote). At this point I realized that I may grow older but I would never change my love in games and interactive media.

After my spezialized training to a Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung (which means: specialized computer scientist, application development, typical short german words as you see) at the german parliament, I decided to study. And because I was already a programmer, the decission was easy and I started to study Internationale Medieninformatik (International Media and Computing, typical short german word #2) at the HTW Berlin.
In these studies I learned a lot, but especially one thing: Even though I was a decent programmer, I realized that this isn’t the thing I want to do my whole life.

Right between these thinking worked in Uppsala, Sweden at Imagination Studios where I came in contact with big games like Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Syndicate, Bulletstorm and Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days. I quickly realised that I speak both ‚languages‘ of design and coding, so I started to manage between art, coding and management. I realized that I love managing and working with people in general. I also got to speak to designers and producers of the Gaming Industry. This was the last bit that was necessary to change something. So after I came back to Berlin, I started to study Gamedesign at the Games Academy Berlin.

Right after that I started to work at GameArt Studio as a Gamedesigner for the game A.I. Invasion, and only a year later I became their Lead Gamedesigner. There I realised the companys first Kickstarter Project Quantum Rush. There I also managed between the different departments.

After that I started as the Lead Game Designer for the survival Horror Game U55 – End of the Line. What started as a small private Project soon turned out to be the start of something bigger, so me and some colleagues founded the company Effective Evolutions. There I was involved in the management of the company, U55 – End of the Line and a 3D Scanner (Photogrammetry), a  professional Software for the Games Industry. Shortly after I took over the role of the Creative Director and Chief Creative Officer of the Company. On top of the own products we also did consulting and contract work in the fields of Augmented and Virtual Reality as well as games, professional software, web and mobile for various Industries like e-commerce, finance, health. We used many different technologies like VR, AR, AI, webtech etc.

After that I was Senior UX/UI Manager at the Forteil GmbH and responsible for the overall UX and the UX Team of Bonify. As one of the first in the finance sector I spiced it up by introducing Gamification and new ways of interaction to it. With the help of deep AI driven analytics we were able to find out many details about the customers which reduced the credit application checkout time by over 80%

After that I was CPO (Chief Product Officer) at the Me-Mento GmbH and we were working on vrXcity a revolution in Adult Entertainment, a yet to be announced AR Software, the cryptocurrency redBUX, and a yet to be announced Blockchain Software. I was responsible for the whole Product side of the Me-Mento Company and to be honest also everything else.

While working on a solution for payment with redbux I figuered out that just with a few changes and additions the solution we are building would be benefitial for so many others out there struggeling with the complexity of crypto currency and payment. Out of that idea paypodo.com was born, the first easy to use blockchain & kubernetes based payment solution and the company Customhash was founded.

In march 2020 I started helping out a startup which was founded by ex-colleagues which has the goal of a Social Media page & app which will revolutionize the music industry and the connection and interaction with TV and live shows.

At the moment I wok at Ride GmbH who are on their way to change the old ways of private Banking. We are currently building the Private Bank of the digital Age which will also domacratize private Banking.
